After extensive research across the world we found Huntsman USA that were at the cutting edge of energy saving spray foam products. Together with their European manufacturing facility Pur Systems GMBH Germany they developed what is now the market leading E:Zero range of spray foam insulation.
Project objective: The moisture content of the seed must be reduced to approx. 6-8%, which is obtained by using a drying process, this moisture process is necessary for the storage of the seed for several months. The fact that the existing industrial buildings were not insulated or airtight this had to be addressed.

Yes our E:Zero E500 is fully NSAI Agrément Certified and has had extensive testing done to ensure that it complies fully to Irish Building Regulations and has been tested and approved for use in Irish conditions.
ARE CPIFOAM'S PRODUCTS CE MARKED?
All products are CE marked and can be applied in ANY country in EU and comply with the Harmonized European Standard EN: 14315-1 and European Construction Products Regulation 305/2011.
CAN SPRAY FOAM BE APPLIED DIRECT TO FELT?
To comply with building regulations a 50mm air gap must be left between any insulation and felt, this is achieved by the installation of our unique ventilation card that is fitted between the rafters this allows the air from the soffit to be directed up and over the spray foam this ensures the timbers can breathe naturally.

WHY USE CERTIFIED VENT CARD?
CPI FOAM is a certified ventilation card is NOT CARDBOARD because when cardboard gets wet it will turn to mache and blocks eave ventilation.
HOW DOES E:ZERO SPRAY FOAM HELP WITH AIR TIGHTNESS ?
E:Zero foam is spray applied on the job site. As it is sprayed if foams up between 50and 100 times in volume,providing a fully adhered, continuous,airtight insulation layer. Even the smallest cracks are perfectly sealed. Since it is sprayed, it fits all shapes and, corners and cavities perfectly.
